My 2nd Deep Purple Gig

It turned out better than I expected. The band got off to a great start with Highway Star, and finished off their main set with Smoke On The Water. Black Night ended the encore. I only recognized the songs from Machine Head, but overall it was pretty much a greatest hits show. Now I know where bands like Metallica get part of their influences from. Speaking of which, I hope they come down here later this year!
